Board-level Coaching

There has never been a more challenging time to be a member of a Board of Directors – whether executive or non-exec. The current economic climate and the ever-increasing volume of company legislation are just two of the factors contributing to the pressure on directors.

At Fuse Learning we recognise that such factors can mean that Board members may find themselves with an ever-increasing workload as they seek to guide and direct their organisation.

We recognise that Board members may be reluctant to seek help in developing their skills, or may even feel unsure that they should do so. 

The Fuse Learning Board-level Coaching programme is designed to address the needs of directors, supporting and assisting them as they seek to meet the challenge of exercising their role in the most effective manner.

Our coaches work in confidence with directors on a one-one basis to identify areas of specific need and then help them achieve their goals.

They are fully conversant with the complexities of large organisations and have an appreciation of the pressures, responsibilities and challenges that form part of the lot of a director.

Our coaches are also aware that directors may have little time available in which to undertake coaching. They do, therefore, take a flexible approach and also ensure that all client contact time is used to the full.
